With our eyes and our hearts placed in our Father God, we present him with all our needs, those of all who haven't been able to come today to celebrate the Eucharist with us, and those of all men and women who suffer in the world.

Father, teach us to live in fraternity.

* We ask you, good God, for our Church. May we be a united community of brothers and sisters who search and desire to live in the same way as Jesus of Nazareth.

Father, teach us to live in fraternity.

* We ask you, good God, for peace in the world. May the governments of the nations work and dialogue to find the ways in which to make it possible for peace in our world.

Father, teach us to live in fraternity.

* We ask you, good God, for the sick people of our community and our town so that in the midst of their suffering they will find us always ready to help them and alleviate their pain.

Father, teach us to live in fraternity.

* We ask you, good God, for the members of our family and friends who live with you. May their memory not make us sad and encourage us to live like brothers.

Father, teach us to live in fraternity.

Thank you, good God, because you listen to us, you look after us and you give us the strength we need to accept that we are all different from each other and to live like brothers.
